Don’t box me in.
I’ve seen it happen too often especially to women who build something powerful, something meaningful, something rooted in purpose.
People decide who you are based on where you started. They define your work based on what they’ve seen you do. They assume your ceiling based on what feels comfortable to them.
But here’s the truth: Just because I don’t currently operate in a space does not mean I’m not equipped to lead in it. Just because I’ve built impact in one lane does not mean I’m limited to it. And just because you’ve only seen one dimension of my work does not mean that’s all I carry.
I help women transform their lives. That has always been true.
But transformation is not limited to personal spaces. It belongs in boardrooms, leadership teams, and corporate environments too.
Why, because the same challenges exist. Employees experience job burnout, lack of focus, emotional exhaustion, disengagement and high turnover.
These aren’t “corporate problems.” These are human problems showing up at work.
So let me be clear about where I’m going with this conversation, I help organizations improve employee performance, retention, and resilience through structured coaching programs that address:
• Burnout
• Focus and productivity
• Emotional well-being and mindset
This is not a pivot. This is an expansion. I am not abandoning my core audience. I am honoring my full capacity. I’ve seen where this problem starts at the home, the community, the place of worship of the individual and leaks into their business life. I’m here to provide solutions for it.
My work for corporations and organizations has the same depth, strategy, and transformation that changes individual lives and I can absolutely elevate entire teams.
And let’s talk about something real. You don’t have to shrink your expertise to fit into one category. You don’t have to stay where people are comfortable with you. And you don’t have to wait for permission to step into a new level of impact.
Growth will require people to see you differently. And some won’t. That’s okay.
Because the right rooms will. The right leaders will. The right organizations will.
Everyone won't see your value because you are being protected from them. Only the ones that you are assigned to will see it and appreciate it.
So don't worry about trying to prove yourself. You are already proven and called.
So no… don’t box me in. I’m building something bigger. And I’m bringing transformation with me.
May your faith stay lit, and your business be boss’d up!
